Overview

Senior Manager, Transactions Management, APAC — Location: Singapore. You will deliver Transaction Management (TM) services to some of the world's largest companies.

What This Job Involves

About the role: You will deliver Transaction Management (TM) services to some of the world's largest companies. This role requires an energetic, detail-oriented professional with strong project management, analytical, communication and collaboration skills as well as experience in managing real estate strategies and transactions across Asia Pacific. Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Execute a wide variety of real estate transactions, including capital and lease acquisitions, sale and leasebacks, and disposition transactions through local Markets teams across Asia.
  • Actively engage with client senior stakeholders to define objectives and requirements at the outset of a strategy and transaction.
  • Prepare and evaluate financial analysis documents.
  • Support and contribute to the client's budget forecasting.
  • Forecast revenue and initiate and close projects to meet monthly cashflow plans.
  • Build strong, sustainable working relationships and help the client navigate the JLL delivery platform efficiently.
  • Lead brokers across geographies and engage with the client's wider corporate real estate team and internal stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
  • Understand account profitability and formulate an account plan to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Leverage technology and new products within JLL to deliver next-generation benefits for the client.
  • Coordinate regional delivery to align with a global strategy and provide tangible solutions for the client.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience as a real estate professional with APAC experience; familiarity with fast-moving MNC clients with regional presence and multiple service lines; prior experience in managing a team.
  • Strong leadership, client management, communication and presentation skills; high emotional intelligence.
  • Ambitious, resilient, team player with ability to work under pressure and multi-task; proactive in identifying risks.
  • Mandarin language skills preferred.
