Taxi Fleet Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our organization in the role of Service Appointment Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating service appointments for our taxi fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with front desk receptionists to coordinate and schedule regular servicing appointments for the taxi fleet.
- Liaise with drivers, workshop teams, and service advisors to ensure appointments are properly arranged.
- Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and send timely reminders to ensure compliance with servicing intervals and regulatory inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and service history using internal systems or Excel.
- Track upcoming due dates for vehicle servicing, road tax, and inspections, and proactively arrange bookings.
- Manage appointment calendars and ensure efficient workshop capacity planning.
- Follow up on no-shows or missed appointments and reschedule as required.
- Handle taxi partners inquiries and provide updates on appointment schedules.
- Assist in generating service performance and fleet maintenance reports when required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive workshop coordination, fleet maintenance, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and scheduling systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
