Service Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Service Appointment Coordinator. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating service appointments for our taxi fleet to ensure timely maintenance, compliance with inspection schedules, and minimal vehicle downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule regular servicing appointments for taxi fleet with front desk receptionist.
  • Liaise with drivers, workshop teams, and service advisors to arrange appointments.
  • Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and send reminders to ensure compliance with servicing intervals and regulatory inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and service history using internal systems or Excel.
  • Track upcoming due dates for vehicle servicing, road tax, and inspections, and arrange bookings.
  • Manage appointment calendars and plan workshop capacity efficiently.
  • Follow up on no-shows or missed appointments and reschedule as required.
  • Handle taxi partners' inquiries and provide updates on appointment schedules.
  • Assist in generating service performance and fleet maintenance reports when required.
