Job Title: Taxi Fleet Service Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to fill the role of Taxi Fleet Service Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule regular servicing appointments for the taxi fleet.
  • Liaise with drivers, workshop teams, and service advisors to ensure smooth appointment arrangements.
  • Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and send timely reminders to guarantee compliance with servicing intervals and regulatory inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and service history using internal systems or Excel.
  • Track upcoming due dates for vehicle servicing, road tax, and inspections, and proactively arrange bookings.
  • Manage appointment calendars and ensure efficient workshop capacity planning.
  • Follow up on no-shows or missed appointments and reschedule as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in automotive workshop coordination, fleet maintenance, or customer service is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities will help you manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and scheduling systems is necessary for maintaining accurate records and managing appointments.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is vital.
