Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and preparing lesson plans, managing the classroom environment, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Job Description

  • Plan and prepare lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of children aged 3-6 years old.
  • Manage the classroom environment to ensure it is safe and conducive for learning.
  • Observe and record every child's progress and provide feedback to parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support the centre and promote a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Our educator will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of the centre's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualified Early Childhood Educator with a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education.
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels (preferably 5 credits) OR equivalent secondary qualifications.
  • Minimum B4 for GCE 'O' Level English / Second Language OR equivalent language qualifications.
