Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily routine care and ensure a safe, fun learning environment for young children.
  • Plan and execute an inquiry-based curriculum tailored to children's developmental needs.
  • Develop strong partnerships with parents and families to support children's growth.
  • Prepare and manage children's portfolios to track their progress.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene standards.
  • Support the social, emotional, and confidence-building growth of children through our core early childhood education values.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practices to improve teaching skills.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-T (DECCE-T).
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Certified by ECDA.
  • Strong understanding of young children's developmental needs (birth to age 6).
  • Effective classroom management and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
