Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Lead to join our team. As a key player in customer acquisition, you will be responsible for onboarding new parents to our community. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English. Fluency in Mother Tongue is a plus
  • Driven, fast learner, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage different projects at once
  • Get things done attitude, self-driven

Benefits
