Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the deployment and implementation of AI/HPC infrastructure solutions. This includes servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and AI/ML/HPC software stack.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux server OS installation, configuration, hardening, and networking, virtualization, storage, distributed computing, HPC/AI infrastructure, and software stack. They will also have experience with Kubernetes/container orchestration and troubleshooting skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for project documentation, including design, statement of work, as-built documents, performance tests, system integration tests, and user acceptance tests. You will also lead projects or work with project managers and customers to manage project deliverables and timelines.
Your duties will include conducting and leading proof-of-concept workshops to meet customer, business, and technical objectives. You will also provide technical expertise in project tender/RFP/presales phases and field support. Additionally, you will work closely with vendors and customers to address, track, execute, and ensure proper closure of technical support cases.
To succeed in this role, you must be self-motivated and fast-learner with a dynamic, proactive attitude and good verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills. A diploma in IT or equivalent with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required.
