WE ARE EXPANDINGAKG Singapore is expanding, and we are looking for passionate Career Coaches to deliver the Polaris Career Guidance Programme — a Workforce Singapore (WSG) supported initiative that helps individuals assess their career health, gain clarity, and take purposeful next steps in their careers. AKG Singapore – The Polaris Programme AKG Singapore (AngusKnight Singapore Pte Ltd) is a Career Matching Provider (CMP) appointed by Workforce Singapore (WSG) to deliver employment services under WSG's suite of Career Matching Services. As part of this commitment, we deliver the Polaris Career Guidance Programme — a structured career support initiative designed to help individuals assess their career health, gain clarity on their strengths and goals, and take meaningful steps towards sustainable employment. Through Polaris, our Career Coaches provide personalised guidance, practical tools, and actionable career planning to support job seekers in navigating today's evolving workforce. Key Responsibilities Support clients through personalised career guidance — assess career health, clarify goals, strengths and values. Facilitate career exploration, goal‐setting and development planning. Coach clients on résumé writing, LinkedIn, networking, upskilling and job search strategies. Co‐create actionable Career Development Plans and conduct regular follow‐ups. Deliver Polaris sessions, career workshops and outreach activities. Use structured tools and assessments to support client clarity. Maintain accurate records and uphold coaching ethics and standards. Stay updated on labour market trends, growth sectors, and WSG/SSG programmes. Partner with internal teams for referrals and employer insights.Build client confidence, resilience and proactive career planning behaviours. Job Requirements Must possess a valid WSG CCP credential. Minimum Diploma with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in customer‐facing, advisory or coaching roles is an advantage. Skilled in listening, rapport‐building and guiding meaningful conversations. Organised, IT‐savvy and able to manage multiple clients and timelines.
