Wealth Data Applications Support Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to provide top-notch support for critical wealth data platforms and applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability and performance of these systems, as well as identifying and resolving production incidents promptly. They will also contribute to the development and enhancement of support processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Operational Support: Provide Level 1/2 application support for critical wealth data platforms and applications.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
- Problem Management: Proactively identify recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement long-term solutions.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of support processes, workflows, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of wealth data processes and systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
