Wealth Data Application Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our wealth data platforms and applications. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to integrate subject matter expertise within a defined area.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced support for critical wealth data platforms and applications.
- Respond promptly to and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
- Proactively identify recurring issues, analyze trends, and collaborate with development teams to implement long-term solutions.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of support processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in application support, with a focus on data-intensive financial applications, preferably in wealth management.
- In-depth knowledge of wealth data processes and systems.
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Scripting languages: Python, Shell Scripting, PowerShell
- Operating Systems: Linux/Unix, Windows Server
- Application Servers & Middleware: Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, Apache, Nginx
- Monitoring & Alerting Tools: Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack
- Data Integration: ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing concepts and tools
