Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Manager, Corporate Communications and CSR to lead our external and internal communication efforts while managing our charitable partnerships and community initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in corporate communications (around 60% of the role), combined with proven experience in working with charities, foundations, and CSR-related programs (around 40%). This role is central to enhancing our corporate reputation, driving impactful storytelling, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, media, and the wider community. Key Responsibilities Corporate Communications (60%)Develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen the company's corporate brand and reputation. Manage media relations, draft press releases, and prepare key messaging for leadership. Oversee internal communications, including leadership messages, staff engagement campaigns, and intranet/employee updates. Craft speeches, presentations, and talking points for senior executives. Monitor industry trends and media coverage; provide timely reports and recommendations. Manage crisis communication planning and response. Ensure all communications are consistent, clear, and aligned with corporate values. Charities & Community Engagement (40%)Plan, manage, and execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, employee volunteerism programs, and charity events. Evaluate potential charity partners to ensure alignment with company values and objectives. Develop storytelling content to showcase the impact of charitable initiatives internally and externally. Track, measure, and report on the impact of CSR activities. Key Requirements 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or CSR roles Strategic thinker with a hands‐on approach Passion for community engagement and social impact Collaborative team player with a high degree of initiative Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity when working with diverse partners Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences Comfortable engaging with senior leadership, media, and external partners Great stakeholder management, interpersonal, and networking skills Experience working with charity organizations, foundations, or community partners Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
