We're looking for a User Access Management Specialist to support our team in Singapore. Responsibilities
Process and manage user access requests, modifications, and terminations
Perform regular access reviews and recertification exercises
Create and maintain user accounts across multiple systems and applications
Monitor and audit user access rights to ensure compliance with security policies
Manage privileged access requests and temporary elevation of rights
Support identity management processes and maintain access matrices
Generate reports on user access status and permissions
Collaborate with HR for joiners, movers, and leavers processes
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in user access management or similar role
Knowledge of identity and access management principles
Experience with Active Directory and identity management tools
Understanding of security compliance requirements
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting) and Excel (merging, macros, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently
Understanding of security best practices
Experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools
