The HR Business Partner is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. The incumbent is expected to provide business partnering advice to business units and drive HR initiatives at the divisional level.
The HR Business Partner will be working at the team level to partner with a specific division. The team will be responsible for the division's HR needs and providing the division with strategic HR advice. Individual teams will have a specialization in one of the spectrums of HR functions such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement in the HR department structure.
Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate HR functions which include Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
Administer and facilitate HR processes and policies at the divisional level.
Provide advice to respective Business Units on all HR matters.
Provide recommendations and support in formulating and implementing new HR initiatives and strategies.
Handle staff grievances.
Responsible for all staff movement procedures.
Provide HR advisory and solutions to internal stakeholders on people-related issues.
Drive key HR projects and initiatives to fulfill the overall HR strategy that drives the organization's business objectives.
Ensure compliance with consistent HR policies and practices in line with business needs and labor legislative requirements.
Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.
Requirements
2 - 3 years of experience in HR business partnering.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of Singapore labor laws.
Strong organizational skills and self-driven for task completion.
