Responsibilities
The Platform Product and Operation team is under TikTok Data-Trust and Safety. Their goal is to keep the platform running smoothly and to guarantee user safety. Our goal is to start from business scenarios and algorithm needs, we conduct in-depth analyses of the current situation and pain points, providing product tool support that comprehensively covers: model production iteration, application integration, and full lifecycle management and operation capabilities, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency and value of the algorithm team.
Job Description:
1.Responsible for providing efficiency tools and solutions for algorithms, aiming to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of algorithmic work. Able to approach from both algorithmic and business perspectives, providing practical tools and solutions tailored to real-world application scenarios.
2.Deeply understand international security business, proactively identify and address pain points and needs in algorithms and business, expand more application scenarios and directions, assist in efficient integration of algorithms and business, make reasonable interventions based on actual outcomes, and deliver quantifiable value.
3.Possess strong logical thinking and problem decomposition skills, actively analyze issues, summarize findings, identify opportunities, and drive continuous capability iteration.
4.Demonstrate excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills to align objectives, effectively resolve issues, and achieve expected results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of product experience. Have a profound understanding of algorithm models and platform tool development, with related experience preferred.
2.Strong learning ability, diligent and detail-oriented, capable of proactive thinking and problem-solving to drive platform tool iteration.
3.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Able to handle pressure and remain resilient, focusing on solving complex problems and maintaining a long-term vision.
4.Solid structured thinking skills with strong logical reasoning abilities.
Preferred Qualification:
1.Preference for deep consumers of content products, especially those who frequently use overseas content products.
