What you will be working on (80% of the time):
Handle purchasing, price benchmarking, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of supplies and services.
Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive prices, favorable terms, and high-quality services.
Manage ordering, inventory tracking, and optimize the use of supplies across our clinics.
Provide coverage for clinical services (UBT, QBT, MMS), and support the maintenance and licensing of equipment.
As and when required, you will also be required to support other responsibilities (20% of the time) within the Clinical Support Department such as:
Assist in managing the installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of company infrastructure, including budgeting, vendor selection, and payment coordination.
Support the management of company assets, ensuring equipment is functional and compliant with safety regulations.
Assist with offsite storage needs, negotiate with vendors, and ensure the proper disposal of confidential records.
Support the renewal of clinic licenses and tenancy agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Assist with fire safety and other safety matters to ensure infrastructure meets required safety standards.
Provide coverage for other responsibilities within the clinical support department as necessary.
