The role of the Business Analyst involves working closely with business users and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs. Key responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for enhancements and new features in Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.

Maintaining and updating dashboards, workflows, and SharePoint sites is also a key responsibility. This requires performing gap analysis and recommending improvements to processes, automation, and reporting. Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting training activities for end-users is also crucial.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Familiarity with workflow automation, dashboards, and reporting solutions is also essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, as well as being organized and detail-oriented.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple requests simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Office 365 ecosystem, including Teams and OneDrive integration.
  • Understanding of SQL, data modeling, or ETL concepts.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent).
