Overview Join to apply for the Manager, Commercial Strategy & Analytics role at Changi Airport Group . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Changi Airport Group and the development of Singapore Changi Airport. You will be part of the Pricing & Commercial Strategy Division within the Commercial Cluster. The team generates robust, actionable, and timely insights on internal and external business trends to guide management decision-making. Responsibilities You will be required to fulfil the following duties and responsibilities: Data Analysis Conduct deep dive customer data analysis, including spend and digital behaviors, to improve customer lifetime value; segment customers based on spend and digital behaviors to enable targeted marketing and personalized experiences. Analyze data from marketing experiments and provide insights to guide optimization of future marketing experiments. Conduct revenue & sales data deep-dives to understand business performance and identify growth opportunities (e.g., nationality and sector sales analysis for Chinese, Indian, and Indonesian markets). Expand on existing data analysis methodologies to deepen understanding of the business; may include (i) using SQL to manipulate structured databases and (ii) supporting digital projects that provide new datapoints of interest. Strategic Planning Support formulation of Commercial’s strategy based on issue framing and rigorous analyses across strategic, operating, financial, and industry data/trends. Craft compelling narratives from strategic plans, research insights, and ongoing initiatives for presentation to management and external stakeholders. Support steering/coordination across the Commercial Cluster to communicate strategic priorities. Deliver robust consumer research insights by triangulating qualitative and quantitative methodologies (e.g., surveys, country-specific focus group discussions for China, India, Indonesia; secondary data). Requirements Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant experience in data analytics/reporting, strategic planning, or market research (preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or other data analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with programming tools (e.g., Python, SQL) is advantageous. Excellent management presentation and written communication skills; strong in critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
