Job Title: Product Curator & Inventory Specialist
The Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Curator to join our team. As a key member of the merchandising department, you will play a vital role in shaping our product offerings and ensuring timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate seasonal and core product mixes tailored to customer profiles, climate, and lifestyle.
  • Monitor sales data, inventory health, and customer feedback to drive informed decisions on replenishment and markdowns.
  • Ensure accurate product deliveries, visual merchandising alignment, and planogram accuracy ahead of key launches and campaigns.
  • Liaise with headquarters teams to adapt global assortments for local appeal while maintaining brand essence.
  • Partner with visual merchandising and retail leads to translate seasonal narratives into engaging in-store displays and windows.
  • Empower store teams through product knowledge sessions highlighting features, function, and brand philosophy.
  • Lead product preparation for store openings, new drops, and brand activations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, or related fields.
  • 3-6 years of experience in merchandising, buying, or category management preferably in premium fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle retail.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, retail systems) with a flair for storytelling and trend curation.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's retail calendar, consumer behaviors, and omnichannel expectations.
  • Passion for wellness, yoga, and conscious living is highly valued.
