**What you will be doing**
- Curating content emphasizing production value, genre eligibility, and marketability
- Identifying content for playlists and substantiating playlist hypotheses, i.e, the best chill playlist, the workout playlist
- Analyze analytics and performance indicators of your work
- Work with the Community Operations Team to progress toward various content objectives
- Curate and maintain a selected number of varied playlists spanning different genres
- Curate and maintain a list of featured artists that the community should check out
- General community principles/objectives/evangelism

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in digital or other content curation
- Experience in the Music Industry
- Advanced knowledge of emerging artists, music trends, genres
- Strong digital literacy and technology skills
- Exceptional + broad music tastes
- Experience with collaboration software (Google Workspace or equivalent)
- Ability to adapt to an evolving role
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills (written, verbal, and visual)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple in-tandem projects, prioritize tasks, identify and mitigate risks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
- Nice-to-haves:_
- Knowledge of and objective appreciation for all styles of music
- Experience working with content creators or are a content creator yourself
- Experience with analyzing data and driving insights
- Deep, well-demonstrated experience in content creation or playlist management
