The role plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of cross-border micropayments and digital value payments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Catalogue Management:
  • Establish project management best practices to support all aspects of catalogue management across teams.
  • Owning and collaboratively managing the product catalogue, ensuring alignment with strategic directives and business goals.
  • Performing data-driven analysis to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic decisions with the support of the data engineering team.
  • Establishing and monitoring clear KPIs to measure catalogue performance and business impact.
  • Regularly reporting on product and provider performance, including presentations to the executive team.
  • Monitoring, planning, and directing the execution of catalogue-related activities, such as implementing new providers, activating new products, reactivating products, and deleting inactive or non-profitable providers.

This is a senior operational position that requires coordinating activities across relevant departments:

  • Financial Operations

You will report into the Head of Technical Operations and indirectly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Interaction with various stakeholders, including members of the executive team, is expected.
