Stay informed about the features, benefits, and specifications of each product. Be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to customers. Customer Service Provide exceptional customer service to all clients. Assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Administrative Tasks Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory. Collaborate with other departments, such as delivery and finance, to ensure a smooth sales process. Target Achievement Set and achieve sales targets and goals. Monitor individual and team performance against sales objectives. Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
