• Working hours: 09:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
• Salary: up to $3,800/$4,000 (depending on experience)
Our client, a leading Japanese manufacturer in lighting industry, is looking for a field service engineer to join their Singapore Team
Job Description:
  • Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment
  • Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements
  • Communicate effectively with clients and JP headquarter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
  • Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services with clients
  • Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by management
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience of working experience as electrical engineer, mechanical engineer
  • Working in semi-conductor industry, especially printed circuit board or packaging substrate industry, is a great advantage
  • Japanese speaking ability is a great advantage to communicate with Japan HQ and PIC of clients
  • Person who can work independently and is willing to ask for support
  • Person who is willing to go to client site in case of emergencies
  • Familiar with troubleshooting and maintenance of large machines
