Entrepreneur in Residence You'll work side‐by‐side with our founding team to identify, validate, and launch the next global venture backed by our capital, infrastructure, and network. What You'll Do Identify opportunities – Partner with leadership to uncover high‐potential ideas in AI, automation, and intelligent systems. Validate markets – Lead research, interviews, and early testing to identify real‐world pain points and market gaps. Design & Build – Prototype and launch MVPs to rapidly test traction, retention, and growth potential. Shape the venture – Craft the business model, define go‐to‐market strategy, and recruit your founding team. Operate relentlessly – Drive execution from zero to one: iterate, launch, learn, and scale. Lead the spin‐out – Graduate concept into an independent company, with the opportunity to become its Founding CEO. Collaborate closely – Work with Base360.ai's in‐house AI, engineering, product, design, and growth teams to accelerate development and market fit. What You Bring Proven experience as a founder, co‐founder, or senior operator in a high‐growth startup. Deep curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Strong product and market intuition – you understand users, markets, and timing. Track record of shipping fast, learning quickly, and leading with conviction. Ability to operate from zero to one – strategy, product, fundraising, and operations. A builder's mindset – ambitious, hands‐on, and unafraid to take ownership.
