About the Role: Sales & Client Solutions Manager
We are looking for a driven and consultative sales professional who's not just great at building relationships, but also confident in solutioning. This is
not
a passive, relationship-maintenance role. You will be hunting new clients, uncovering training and speaking needs, and crafting tailored proposals that position our expert speakers as transformational solutions to real business problems.
Your Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Identify, contact, and engage corporate clients (especially HR, L&D, event planners, and business leaders).
Actively hunt for new leads through networking, prospecting, events, and referrals.
Develop a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly outreach and revenue targets.
Meet with clients to understand their event goals, training needs, and challenges.
Recommend the right expert(s), topics, and formats from our curated pool.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare custom proposals and training solutions.
3. Proposal & Deal Closing
Craft persuasive, well-structured proposals tailored to client objectives.
Present proposals confidently and follow up proactively to close deals within expected timelines.
