Indoor Skydiving Coach

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Flight Instructors. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for training customers for the flight experience, ensuring their safety during flight, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train customers for the flight experience
- Ensure the safety of customers during flight
- Briefing and debriefing customers before and after their flights
- Assist customers in extending their flight experience
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with members
- Grow and maintain good relationships with members
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
- Go through a fitness test due to physical strength requirements
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills will be an advantage
- Energetic, motivated, result-oriented, and a great team player
- Good sense of customer service, patience, and responsibility
- Added advantage with a background in a safety position or safety-first environment
- Be able to work full-time and on rotating shifts
- Be able to speak and understand Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking tourists
- Be a Singaporean/PR
- Have min. 'O' levels qualification
