Flight Instructor Roles and Responsibilities

Our goal is to find talented individuals who can teach others the skills of indoor skydiving. To be successful, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who can train customers for the flight experience, ensure their safety during flight, brief and debrief them before and after flights, assist them in extending their flight experience, conduct one-on-one personal training sessions with members, grow and maintain good relationships with members, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Physical strength to fly in the wind tunnel during flight/training sessions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Energetic, motivated, result-oriented, and a great team player
  • Good sense of customer service, patience, and responsibility
  • Added advantage with a background in a safety position or safety-first environment
  • Able to work full-time and on rotating shifts
  • Speak and understand Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking tourists
  • Be a Singaporean/PR
  • Have a minimum 'O' levels qualification
