Develop a deep understanding of our indoor skydiving experience by teaching others the thrill of weightlessness.

We are seeking individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships, and promote a positive atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct personalized training sessions to ensure customers feel comfortable and confident
  • Brief and debrief customers before and after flights to provide a seamless experience
  • Nurture long-term relationships with members to increase customer loyalty

Requirements include:

  • Passing a fitness test to meet the physical demands of the job
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions
  • Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with Chinese-speaking tourists
  • Strong presentation skills are an added advantage
