We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team of flight instructors. As an Indoor Skydiving Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for training customers for the flight experience, ensuring their safety during flight, and providing exceptional customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications:
- Physical Strength: You must be physically fit and able to pass a fitness test to fly in the wind tunnel during training sessions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Interacting with customers and colleagues is crucial in this role. You must be able to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
- Presentation Skills: The ability to present information effectively will be an advantage in this role.
- Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction is key to success in this role.
- Adaptability: You must be able to work full-time on rotating shifts and potentially travel to different locations.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin will be beneficial for communicating with Chinese-speaking tourists.
