Responsibilities Work directly with clients to understand business needs, goals, and system requirements Gather, analyze, and document functional and non‐functional requirements Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and specifications for development teams Support project teams in clarifying requirements during the development lifecycle Facilitate communication between technical teams and non‐technical stakeholders Participate in product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review meetings (Agile/Scrum projects)Conduct gap analysis, workflow mapping, and stakeholder interviews when needed Assist in testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business need At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or outsourcing environment. Strong skills in requirement gathering, business process modeling, and documentation Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbal and written)Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, MS Visio, etc. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies Understanding of UI/UX principles and basic technical feasibility Experience in pre‐sales or proposal support is a plus Salary: Up to 25M Join a global team and work directly with talented professionals around the world.
