Location: Quality Road (3 bus stops from Boon Lay Interchange)Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Salary: Up to $3,200 per month Job Description Visitor Management (overall management for visitors on-site)Maintaining visitor list and display of visitor names Providing Uniforms and PPE Preparing invitation letters for overseas visitors Meet and Greet Visitors Setting up meeting rooms and managing internal catering for VIP visits Conducting stock checks for VIP meetings Shipment and Dispatch Receive and send mails Performing housekeeping and maintaining inventory of parcels Employee Support Print new access cards and stickers Manage replacements for access cards Clean up access card system monthly, based on staff changes Issue lanyards and card covers Others Conduct stationery stock checks and manage replenishments Provide uniforms and safety shoes to new employees Handle general document preparation (e.g., printing, binding, laminating) as required Job Requirement Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience Customer Service Oriented Good interpersonal & communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
