Description System Engineer (IT) | Boon Lay | Up to $5500+ Bonus #5252 We are seeking an experienced System Engineer (IT) to join our client's team on a contract basis. This is a critical role that will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure and systems. The successful candidate will be based in the Boon Lay West Region. Responsibilities Provide in-house IT support for daily operations, including monitoring and troubleshooting of servers, storage, network devices, desktops, and related infrastructure Administer system backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and business continuity Maintain system security and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards Manage and update antivirus systems to safeguard against threats Configure, maintain, and provide support for network equipment Deliver help desk support and escalation of complex issues to third-party vendors for resolution as needed Conduct regular vulnerability assessments in line with organizational policies and best practices Oversee patch management processes, including coordination, testing, deployment, and validation of security patches Manage IT infrastructure and maintain accurate records of hardware/software inventories and licensing compliance Maintain up-to-date documentation of network architecture and system configurations Monitor system logs and server activity to detect and respond to irregularities proactively Requirements Minimum Diploma in Information Technology-related studies Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on experience in system administrator role Well versed in Window Clients and Window Servers Experience in managing virtualization technologies like VMware server/ESXi Strong working knowledge with Cisco Router/Switches would be an advantage Working knowledge of Security appliance (FortiGate) will be advantage By submitting your application, you consent to P-Serv Pte Ltd and its affiliates collecting, using and disclosing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy at You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with the Privacy Policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry Other Category IT & Technology Sub Category Networks & Systems
