Job Overview:

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests at the Boardwalk Entrance from 0800hrs to 1200hrs daily, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively approach guests and inform them about available breakfast and meal options at the Singapore Zoo Entrance.
  • Provide directional and operating hours information to guests.
  • Ensure a helpful and engaging experience, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
