As a Beauty Trainer, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting hands-on training sessions on facial, body slimming, and other beauty treatments.
- Developing and updating training materials to ensure alignment with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Evaluating the performance of therapists and providing constructive feedback.
- Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of training programs.
- Providing on-the-job support and mentorship to beauticians and therapists.
- Collaborating with management to identify training needs and recommend improvement plans.
- Maintaining a positive and motivating learning environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, ideally in a beauty salon for face and body treatments.
- Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ or any other relevant qualifications in beauty.
- Strong knowledge of facial, body slimming, and beauty treatment techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting and influencing.
- Passion for the beauty industry and dedication to skill development.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Dynamic, friendly, and supportive working environment.
- Convenient office location near Aljunied MRT.
- 5-Day work week (Mon - Fri).
