AI Compiler and Math Acceleration Engineer, HPC and Validation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Compiler Engineer to join our team at Renesas Electronics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI compiler frameworks, high-performance kernels, and accelerating AI workloads on next-generation hardware architectures.
Key Responsibilities- AI Compiler Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain AI compiler frameworks to support new state-of-the-art inference and training machine learning/AI accelerators.
- High-Performance Kernel Authoring: Author high-performance kernels to accelerate AI workloads on next-generation hardware architectures.
- Collaboration with AI Research Scientists: Collaborate with AI research scientists to accelerate the next generation of deep learning models, including recommendation systems, computer vision, and natural language processing.
- Mathematical and System Acceleration: Develop core mathematical and system acceleration libraries and strategies to further accelerate AI workloads.
- Deep Learning Network Analysis: Analyze deep learning networks, estimate target latency, and accuracy.
- Profiling Tools Development: Develop profiling tools to identify bottleneck parts of AI accelerators and models.
- Optimized Inference Application Development: Develop optimized inference applications.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, machine learning, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Programming Skills: Experience in C/C++, Python, or other related programming languages.
- AI Acceleration Experience: Experience in accelerating deep learning models or libraries on hardware architectures.
- Machine Learning Frameworks: Experience working with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, etc.
- Language Skills: Ability to speak and write in English at a business level.
- Scrum Team Experience: Experience as a Product Owner of a scrum team is a plus.
