Senior Manager, Wholesale Banking Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our client implementation projects in Wholesale Banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing diverse projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, and delivering seamless solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Client Service, and Operations teams to drive business strategy and revenue growth.
- Implement structured project management tools and techniques to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Manage client expectations, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide thorough communication and training.
- Support Corporate Bankers and Transaction Banking Sales staff with technical expertise on electronic banking products and solutions.
- Participate in client management and Sales/RFP opportunities on complex working capital management solutions.
- 1-2 years' experience in managing account opening and/or electronic banking service implementations.
- Strong project management and leadership skills to manage projects across multiple functional areas.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact skillfully with business partners and associates.
- Good knowledge of commercial banking products and the overall industry.
- Knowledge of different company types and KYC requirements is advantageous.
- Superior analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to implement client solutions efficiently and effectively in line with defined processes.
- Manage and document changes to policies and procedures to improve future client experience and bank operations.
- Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards.
