Membership & Business Growth Director

The role of the Manager is pivotal in driving membership growth and expansion, encompassing events management and developing new business opportunities for associations and their related subsidiaries. This position combines relationship management, event oversight, and sales responsibility to enhance the association's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership recruitment, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Plan and execute events, seminars, and networking activities to foster engagement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for memberships, sponsorships, events, and services to boost revenue streams.
- Establish partnerships and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Ensure exceptional member service and relationship management to build loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in membership, events, or business development roles is essential.
- A proactive mindset with a proven ability to meet targets and drive results is crucial.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project management skills are necessary.
- Experience working with associations or corporate clients is advantageous.
