Director of Membership and Corporate Development

This leadership role is pivotal in delivering sustainable growth, deepening stakeholder engagement, and strengthening our brand presence.

  • Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute long-term strategies for membership growth and revenue generation aligned with our vision.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team covering business development, marketing, events, and more.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Membership and Corporate Development. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing our overall membership growth strategy and corporate relations functions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing successful membership growth strategies, as well as building and leading high-performing teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive membership growth strategies aligned with our organization's vision.
  • Building and leading a high-performing team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including members, sponsors, and partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or communications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in membership development, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful membership growth strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
