Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather and document HR requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of client-specific HR processes and policies.
  • Configuration: Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client-specific HR processes and policies, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems.
  • Data Migration: Manage data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of HR data into SuccessFactors, and maintaining data integrity throughout the process.
  • Testing: Develop and execute test plans and scripts, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Training: Provide training to end-users, HR teams, and administrators on how to effectively use SuccessFactors modules, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Integration: Ensure successful integration of SuccessFactors with other HR systems, such as payroll and timekeeping systems, and maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support: Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and assist with system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals, to ensure a clear understanding of the system and its functionality.
  • Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors updates and best practices, advising clients on industry trends and how to leverage new features to improve HR processes and efficiency.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Data replication from Employee Central to EC Payroll.
    • Building new PCRs, wage types, authorization roles, LSMW, and other necessary configurations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years SAP project implementation and rollout experience.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Payroll system configuration, HR processes/workflow, local/global statutory reporting and audit requirements.
  • Able to speak Chinese language to engage Chinese stakeholders when supporting Singapore & China Payroll project activities.
  • Knowledge of payroll and time schemas.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities/projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and under pressure.
