Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A PhD is a plus. Additionally, the candidate should have 8 or more years of experience in technical leadership in semiconductor manufacturing, with expertise in Front End, Post Wafer Fabrication (PWF), High Bandwidth Manufacturing technology, process development, and/or equipment management.

Strong leadership and vision are essential, along with the ability to work across organizational boundaries and geographies. The candidate should also be able to influence senior leaders and partners on tactical decisions across multiple functions and geographies.
