Job Title: Tech Project Specialist

This role involves leading market entry and maintenance efforts. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all deliverables, ensuring successful market & store openings, and driving process innovation and simplification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support new market entry and existing market day-to-day maintenance: This includes experience in process and project management, schedule management, contract tracking, risk identification and escalation, status updates, cross-functional communications, and reporting support.
  • Manage all deliverables to achieve targeted dates: This includes spearheading communications and follow-ups with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure successful market & store openings.
  • Create reports on project progress: Using measurable metrics and delivery dates, the candidate will create status reports on new market opening targets and existing market roadmap status.
  • Identify and introduce new ideas and solutions: The Project Manager will drive process innovation and simplification for all end-to-end procedures, emphasizing identifying efficiencies, improving timelines, and ensuring scalability.

Requirements:

  • Experience as tech project manager: 5-8 years of experience working for companies with an international footprint.
  • Physical retail or restaurant project management experience: 3+ years preferred.
  • Technical knowledge: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, Project Management software, and ability to learn new applications.
  • Project management/project planning: Ability to manage multiple timelines and initiatives.
  • Communication/presentation skills: Able to communicate/presentation clearly to all levels of management.
  • Process creation and metrics reporting experience: Required.
