Job Opportunity: HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HR services and supporting the growth and development of our organization.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in HR partnering across the entire HR life cycle, with a proven track record of success in managing broad scope HR matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR support to the SEA Head of HR and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective HR solutions to meet business needs
  • Manage employee relationships and resolve conflicts as needed
  • Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of HR partnering experience across the entire HR life cycle
  • Proven track record of success in managing broad scope HR matters
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
