Job Description

We are representing a leading manufacturer of international architectural solutions and construction materials.

This role will involve developing specifications for architects, designers, and contractors to enhance the company's product range.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide expert advice to professional bodies, boost our reputation, and shape industry discussions.

You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients on construction projects, securing specifications and contracts.

Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and training to the sales team, architects, and key decision-makers.

Lastly, you will build and manage a strong project pipeline, collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop specifications for architects, designers, and contractors.
  • Provide expert advice to professional bodies.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients on construction projects.
  • Secure specifications and contracts.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to the sales team, architects, and key decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a strong project pipeline.
Requirements

A Degree background in Engineering/Civil or Architecture is required.

At least 5-7 years of experience in Specification/Product Management or Account/Sales Management for Construction Materials, Building Systems or Architectural Solutions is necessary.
