Key Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of product development, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define system requirements.

This includes taking ownership of product development, identifying technical constraints, ensuring realistic and achievable requirements, leading technical workstreams, designing system architectures, developing and reviewing system test cases, conducting feasibility studies, supporting product lifecycle activities, establishing and managing the system verification plan, and providing hands-on technical leadership to cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and computer engineering, embedded systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D product development for embedded systems. They will also have proven ability to resolve cross-functional technical issues in embedded system design, solid knowledge of EMC/EMI, electronics design, software development, and thermal management, as well as proficiency in interpreting and applying product regulatory standards to guide engineering decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D product development for embedded systems required.

  • Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, optics, firmware, and systems.
  • Ability to partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams from concept through to launch.
