Job Summary

CLOUD RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preschool Vice Principal to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in setting the direction for parent partnership, community engagement, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Planning and Development: Provide inputs and perspectives on curriculum planning, and mentor teachers in areas of pedagogy, delivery, and use of tools and resources.
  • Centre Resource Management: Manage and optimize centre resources, including rostering, inventory management, and controllable expenses.
  • Administrative Matters: Handle centre administrative matters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience in a pre-school setting.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of exposure in a supervisory role, such as Senior Teacher/Lead Teacher/Vice-Principal.
  • Additional Qualifications: Diploma in Pre-school Education-Leadership (DPL) is an added advantage, but not compulsory.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum and teaching pedagogy, hands-on experience in mentoring and coaching educators towards quality teaching practices, and involvement in SPARK Accreditation process (an added advantage).
