Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of data-centric solutions to address business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into data, AI/ML, and GENAI architecture solutions.
  • Architect and build scalable data platforms using cloud technologies, GENAI, and ML tools.
  • Develop and maintain technical scope and objectives through research and participation in solutioning phases.
  • Provide educational and mentoring assistance to project teams on GENAI concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with platform and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience with relevant tool and technology such as data, cloud, GenAI, ML architecting and integrating big data, NoSQL, RDBMS, cloud, and distributed computing platforms.
  • At least 6 to 8 years of working experience, preferably in banking environments.
  • Experience with data engineering or big data technologies, or data transformation, cloud, and AI/ML.
  • Relevant cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect.
  • Experience in architecting and building scalable data platforms.
  • Experience with major Hadoop distributions like Cloudera, Amazon EMR, or GCP is essential.
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and design innovative AI solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams in data, GENAI, and ML projects.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in data, GENAI, and ML research and technologies.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
