Marketing Expert for European Expansion

As a key player in our marketing strategy, you will drive the development and execution of plans to expand Juspay's presence in Europe. Your expertise will be essential in refining our value propositions and messaging to effectively communicate the benefits and differentiation of our products within the European market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and testing Europe-specific value propositions and messaging to articulate the benefits and differentiation of our products.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and refine our product positioning and messaging within the European FinTech landscape.
  • Creating a content strategy that resonates with enterprise merchants and financial institutions through insightful whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.
  • Collaborating with Business Development & Sales teams to develop impactful sales materials, such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive intelligence, designed to attract and engage high-value prospects.
  • Leading our European events strategy to ensure maximum impact at industry conferences, trade shows, and speaking events, while fostering deeper engagement with key stakeholders and prospects through intimate side events.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Marketing or Product Marketing role, preferably within the payments or fintech industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a flat organisational structure, working effectively with cross-functional teams and global colleagues to achieve shared goals.
