Job Title: Programme Staff

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate team member to support the planning and delivery of recreational, educational, and enrichment activities at kindergartens and student care centres. The role involves engaging participants in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment while assisting with daily operations and programme coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct activities for children, youth, and community groups that promote learning and enjoyment.
  • Supervise and engage participants to ensure safety and active involvement, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized programme areas, materials, and equipment, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Handle administrative duties, including attendance, reports, and documentation, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve programme quality, sharing ideas and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification, demonstrating academic achievement.
  • A genuine passion for working with children, youth, and the community, making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as required by the organisation.
  • Prior experience in childcare, education, or programme facilitation, with a proven track record of success.
