**What You Will Do**:
As a Facilitator, you will play a key role in guiding clients through transitions, with a focus on identifying, developing, and executing organisational and people interventions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Consulting/ Facilitation**:Designing and facilitating training/ organisational development solutions/ programmes, including proposal writing, programme development, and intervention design, etc. to meet the needs of our prospects and clients effectively.
- **Project Execution**:Working closely with project teams to design and facilitate workshops in Business Transformation solutions in one or more of the following areas: Change Management, Team Development, Leadership Training & Development, and Customer Experience
- **Client Engagement**: Establishing close working relationships with clients to understand their needs, address challenges, and propose tailored solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
- **Practice Development**: Contributing actively to the development of our practices by exploring and introducing new tools and methodologies to enhance our training and facilitation capabilities.
- **Project Administration**: Reviewing project status reports and performing project administration duties to ensure smooth project operations and timely delivery of services.

**What It Takes to Be in This Role**:

- Preferably ACTA or ACLP certified
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in facilitation and training roles
- Demonstrated experience in programme design
- Experience in conducting leadership and/ or customer experience trainings will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office software including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident and quick-thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
