Job Description

As an Assistant Marketing Manager at PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis, and optimization. You will also collaborate with internal business partners like Operations, F&B, and Finance teams to ensure that all initiatives support the brand promise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand development and marketing strategy, with experience in developing marketing plans, advertising, promotions, creative projects, media relations, sponsorships, and event management. They will also have high creativity with experience in creating content and digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop marketing strategies and plans
* Develop revenue and profit growth strategies for the business
* Take charge of the tactical execution of the brands' marketing communication initiatives
* Collaborate with internal business partners
* Monitor and improve ROI
* Prepare and manage budgets for various marketing and branding initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication/Marketing or related discipline
* Minimum 5 years' relevant brand management and marketing experience, preferably in the F&B/FMCG industry
* High creativity with experience in creating content and digital campaigns
